Every year we invest lots of resources into our employee education with the purpose to maintain a technological cutting edge. We conduct various regular, short and well accepted yearly interviews with our employees to affirm mutual satisfaction between employees and employer. In 2006, we introduced the E-employment portal. Every year we organize three non-formal gatherings and last year's New Year's party was one of the most successful.
In 2006, we participated at job fair »My Work« where we were able to acquire new employees. We are intensively collaborating with Universities of Primorska, Ljubljana and Maribor to inform students about our company and employment possibilities.
Formal communication with employees is done through web based newspaper »Aktualni klik« divided into official part with all the business information, and non-official part used for employee communication. Official part also includes electronic bulletin board advertising the official company documents, changes in the company, company regulations, instructions and other topics. Non-formal communication enables employees to communicate and collaborate on projects and issues.
Number of employees at Actual I.T.
At the end of 2007, there were 159 employees at Actual I.T., 121 men and 38 women. The education structure in 2007 followed the characteristic trends for type of organization like ours. About half of 20 new employees had high school education or bachelor degree, the other half however, graduate degree with a capability of handling demanding business processes and assuring high level of our solutions. The average age of our employees is 34.
